-Highly inclusive organizations generate 2.3x more cash flow per employee, 1.4x more revenue & are 120% more capable of meeting financial targets according to a Gartner report. -From 2004 to 2014, nearly 39,000 African American, Latina & indigenous women each year received bachelor’s degrees in computer science, math, physical sciences & engineering. -According to National Science Foundation, in 2015 unemployment rates for Latina & black women engineers & scientists were highest at 6%.
