(1)An investigation by Telegraph (UK) Women’s Sport has found that of more than 400 board members from leading bodies in the sector, only five are black and female (Telegraph, 2020). (2) A report by Catalyst, Too Few Women of Color on Boards: Statistics and Solutions, found that women of colour hold 4.6% of board seats in Fortune 500 (Catalyst, 2020).
